We would like to inform you that we will be deploying an essential update for Aera Decision Cloud to the PRODIRL environment during the following window:
- PDT: Friday, May 10, 2024 at 08:30 PM - 10:30 PM
- BST: Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 04:30 AM - 6:30 AM
- AEDT: Saturday. May 11, 2024 at 02:30 PM - 04:30 PM
Active users logged into the environment during the release window may need to re-authenticate/re-login. Some customers will be required to restart the agent after this deployment - we will contact administrators directly if this is the case.
