We would like to inform you that we will be deploying an essential update for Aera Decision Cloud to the PRODUS environment during the following window:
- PDT: Friday, June 07, 2024 at 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- BST: Saturday, June 08, 2024 at 4:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- AEST: Saturday, June 08, 2024 at 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Active users logged into the environment during the release window may need to re-authenticate/re-login. Some customers will be required to restart the agent after this deployment - we will contact administrators directly if this is the case.
