We would like to inform you that we will be deploying an essential update for Aera Decision Cloud to the PRODIRL environment during the following window:
- PDT: Friday, July 12, 2024 at 8:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- BST: Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 3:30 AM - 6:30 AM
- AEST: Saturday, July 13, 2024 at 12:30 PM - 3:30 PM
Active users logged into the environment during the release window may need to re-authenticate/re-login. Some customers will be required to restart the agent after this deployment - we will contact administrators directly if this is the case.
