We would like to inform you that we will be deploying an essential update for Aera Decision Cloud to the UATUS environment during the following window:
- PDT: Monday, August 19, 2024 at 8:30 PM - 11:30 PM
- BST: Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 04:00 AM - 7:00 AM
- AEST: Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 01:00 PM - 04:00 PM
Active users logged into the environment during the release window may need to re-authenticate/re-login. Some customers will be required to restart the agent after this deployment - we will contact administrators directly if this is the case.
