We would like to inform you that we will be deploying an essential update for Aera Decision Cloud to the UATIRL environment during the following window:

• PDT: Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 8:30 PM - 09:30 PM
• BST: Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 04:00 AM - 05:00 AM
• AEST: Wednesday, August 28, 2024 at 01:00 PM - 02:00 PM

Active users logged into the environment during the release window may need to re-authenticate/re-login. Some customers will be required to restart the agent after this deployment - we will contact administrators directly if this is the case.
