Summary:
On 20th September, we experienced an issue with Cortex services in the UATUS environment. Our team promptly initiated an investigation, considering various factors that could have contributed to the issue. We identified that a temporary glitch in service communication played a role. To resolve the issue, we restarted the affected services, which restored full functionality. We are continuing to monitor the situation to ensure ongoing stability and performance.
Customer Impact:
The issue caused a temporary disruption in Cortex services.
Root Cause:
Cortex functionality was disrupted in the UATUS environment due to a temporary glitch in service communication. This continues to be investigated by our engineering teams.
Remediations:
The issue was swiftly resolved by restarting the affected services, thereby fully restoring functionality
Future Mitigating Actions:
Monitoring and alerting systems are currently under review and enhancement to ensure a quicker response to any future issues.
We have confirmed internally and with our customers that the Aera platform is now fully restored.
