We will be performing essential infrastructure maintenance to our Cortex PROD & UAT environment during the following window:

• PDT: Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 08:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• BST: Sunday, October 13, 2024 at 3:30 AM - 06:30 AM
• AEST: Sunday, October 13, 2024 at 12:30 PM - 03:30 PM

Connectivity to Cortex Apps may be disrupted during this time and some remote functions may need to be redeployed. Please allow additional time once service resumes for jobs to be re-triggered. Active users logged into the environment during the maintenance window may need to re-authenticate/re-login.
