Important Infrastructure Update from 2025-01-18 14:00 UTC to 2025-01-18 18:00 UTC

During the following window, Aera will be migrating ingress services to a new provider with Static IPv4 and IPv6 support, this change will impact access to the Aera platform, Aera SFTP services, and Aera Integration services.

• UTC/GMT: Saturday, Jan 18, 2025 at 02:00 PM - 06:00 PM

All customers will need to review and make the necessary changes to their DNS and IP allow listing (see below). There will be no changes to the existing ingress as those will continue to be active for the foreseeable future. We will provide an additional update to the status page when the legacy addresses should be removed from firewall rules.

New DNS additions:

• Integration services: *.int.aeratechnology.com (TCP 8670)
• SFTP services: *.sftp.aeratechnology.com (TCP 2222)

New IPv4 additions:

• 192.236.26.0/23 (TCP 80, TCP 443, TCP 2222, TCP 8670)

New IPv6 additions:

• 2602:F830::/36 (TCP 80, TCP 443, TCP 2222, TCP 8670)

Please note, the static IP configuration is only configured for integration and SFTP services. The access to *.aeratechnology.com and egress for skills or write back will still be handled by dynamic IP addresses and must be allowed via DNS allow listing rules.

Connectivity and performance may be briefly disrupted during this time. Please allow additional time once service resumes for jobs to be re-triggered.
Active users logged into the environment during the maintenance window may need to re-authenticate/re-login. Some customers may be required to restart the agent after this maintenance - we will contact administrators directly if this is the case.
