On 18th March 2025, users reported being unable to access the Aera application in the UAT/PROD Environments. The Production Services and Site Reliability Engineering teams conducted an investigation and identified performance degradation affecting a single node within the cluster’s storage infrastructure, resulting in the service being unavailable. The team addressed the issue by rebooting the affected node, which successfully restored access.
