Summary:

On 11th July 2025, our internal monitoring tool detected an application availability issue affecting a subset of customers within the UAT North Europe environment. Our Platform Engineering and SRE teams immediately initiated an investigation and identified a system-level performance degradation as the root cause. To restore stability, the affected compute nodes were promptly replaced, and key configuration updates were applied. All services have since been fully restored and are operating as expected.

Customer Impact:

A subset of customers experienced a disruption in accessing the Aera application within the UAT North Europe environment.

Root Cause:

The issue was caused by performance limitations on certain infrastructure nodes, which required node replacement and configuration updates to restore service availability.

Remediations:

Our teams replaced the underperforming compute nodes and implemented configuration changes to prevent further service interruptions

Future Mitigating Actions:

We are enhancing our monitoring capabilities to enable faster detection and response to potential issues.
Our infrastructure roadmap continues to evolve with a focus on building long-term reliability and operational resilience.
