Summary:
On 13 Aug 2025, a subset of customers experienced temporary unavailability of the CDEV EASTUS environment. The issue was caused by a disruption affecting application routing and service availability. The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team performed a service reset and checks of system components, after which normal access to the environments was restored.
Customer Impact:
A subset of customers experienced temporary unavailability of the CDEV EASTUS environment.
Root Cause:
The issue was caused by a configuration affecting application routing and service availability, which resulted in certain system components not operating as expected.
Remediations:
The SRE team reset the affected services and restored normal system operations.
Future Mitigating Actions:
Engineering is evaluating a fix and long-term improvements to prevent similar disruptions and ensure more reliable service availability in the future.
We have confirmed internally and with our customers that the Aera platform is now fully restored.
