We will be performing essential infrastructure update for our customers in the STG - East US environment during the following window:
- PST: Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM - February 10, 2026 at 09:00 PM
- GMT/UTC: Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 01:00 AM - 05:00 AM
- AEDT: Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 12:00 PM - 04:00 PM
- IST: Wednesday, February 11, 2026 at 06:30 AM - 10:30 AM
Access to the Aera Application will be disrupted during this time. Please allow additional time once service resumes for jobs to be re-triggered. Active users logged into the environment during the maintenance window may need to re-authenticate/re-login.
