On January 18th 2025, Aera will be migrating ingress services to a new provider with Static IPv4 and IPv6 support, this change will impact access to the Aera platform, Aera SFTP services, and Aera Integration services.
All customers will need to review and make the necessary changes to their DNS and IP allow listing, please refer here for details.
An additional update will be posted when the legacy addresses should be removed from firewall rules.
